Visting New York & iPhone Apps

I am always so happy visiting my home! Massachusetts is 4 hours away by car or bus but it is also cheapest. I think they are many bus companies that travels between these two states, but I've only tried Fungwah and Lucky Star cause they're both $15 and stops in china town. No point in paying more for the same service right?

I was so unlucky on Friday, the bus I got on broke down when it was only 15 minute away from china town. Wtf!! I don't think you can see it from this picture, but smoke was coming out of the back...err the engine? I don't know.

This is the 2nd time that I've sat on a broken down bus.

Lucky Star: 2
Fungwah: 0

I still choose to travel with Lucky Star because they have free wifi. But it is so slow that it doesn't make any difference of having any internet at all. I should reconsider.

Anyway...

I came across this really funny and amusing app for iPhones. It's called Comic Mask.

Don't I look so outrageously sick here? When you take a pic, it automatically stick the mask over your face. So convenient man!!!

I call this face, the loserish bum. I didn't shave my beard and have such big dark bags under my eyes. And there are leaves falling all over and sticking out of my hair. I don't know why there's bread on my head, maybe if I am hungry I can eat it later. Wah...what a sad life.

Sadly, the app is not free - I think it's like .99-1.99?

I think this piggy face represents me the most cause I eat everything. Oh well, you only have one life man!

Ok that's it for today!

I want a lot of pets!

Ever since I was little, I wanted many many pets! Especially furry ones because they are cuddly and cute! My mom wouldn't let me have any because they poop and she doesn't want to clean after them. She says I can have a pet rock because they don't do anything -_____-" what's the point of having a pet that doesn't do anything? What kind of companion is that?

I made many attempts to have pets even though mommy doesn't like it. With my own allowance, I bought home a puppy! I was very happy for one week until one day I came home and my puppy was gone. Mommy gave him away.

Now I am older, I can have my own to take care but I have to be reasonable or my pet will suffer.

Meet my gerbil, Whitey!
He is not actually white but more tan??? I think I gave him a cuter name before but it was too difficult to remember and say so Whitey got stuck. Here, he looks like he just woke up. I don't know why he doesn't sleep in his acorn house. The person at Petco told me they love acorn houses. I think maybe they tricked me to spend more money.

Whitey has a brother...Blacky. Okay I am very creative with names. Blacky ran away when I was cleaning their cage and I never found him again... I hope he has plenty to eat and is safe! I don't want to think about it anymore. I hate to admit that I lost him.

Whitey is alone now and I don't want to introduce another friend to him because they might bite each other's head off. Better safe than sorry!

Taking pics of him is so hard, he keeps moving around. I think he knows I am invading his privacy.

This is his little place to clean his fur. Well it's not really cleaning but to make their coat less oily??? Coincidentally, this is also the only cardboard box he doesn't chew out. I wanted to get him a nicer place for bath/dusting but have yet to find one for his size.

So far, I have to say I am content with Whitey. I love him very much even though he doesn't always like me handling him.  He is easy to take care of. One strange thing about him is that he doesn't like to run on the wheel. I bought the metal kind so he can't chew on it and will last longer, but....Whitey likes to knock it over and try to bite it.

In the future, I'd like to have a pet bunny, cat, or a dog. I don't think my boyfriend would approve. It seems like I always have to get approval from someone to keep a pet.

So annoying ah!

Summer Courses 2012

I can't believe I am doing this again!

I wish for one summer I can vacation or do whatever I want ~ everyone seems to be having so much fun, going away to Korea, or bumming at home. What's worst, my friends are all in New York while I am stuck in Massachusetts. Okay...I think that is enough self-pity for one day.

This summer I am taking BIO-101, which is kind of odd because I took BIO-102 two summers ago. This is all backward-ish. I have an estimate of 75 classmates in one gigantic class (duh) and what makes it so un-stimulating is it is ALL SO EASY!

You can't possibly complain about this class because it's an easy A. But behold, there are complaints. Let me list them:

  1. The guy who sits next to me has serious body odor (BO). People who do not use deodorant should not leave their house. I am serious, he smells so bad. To make it worst, when it rains it is like a wet dog sitting next to me or worst.
  2. So I moved my seat elsewhere to avoid the smell, the girl who sits next to me does not smell pleasant either. What is it people on not using deodorant?!
  3. There will always be some "dumb blonde" kind of people in my class who asks stupid questions, waste class time, and always call out. I witnessed this when I was in the elevator and three girls came in. In their nasally voice (I am so serious about this part!), they complained on and on about how they don't understand the material. It's biology...the study of living things.
  4. Class passes by slowly. Self explanatory.

I guess that's all that comes to mind right now.

I am waiting for my other activities to begin, but for now I waste time playing D3.

I am lvl 50+ WD now. I guess people who play will know what I'm talking about... WD is actually quite hard to play, I thought it'd be easy. Just stay back, summon some dogs and zombies to tank the crap out of everything while I shoot stuff from afar.

Good thing I am not playing alone or I'll be pulp by now.

That's it for today, I guess.

Unexpected Surprise

It's the little things...

A small package arrived at my door step and it just made my day!  I always loved shopping online because when they deliver it, it's like getting a gift!

This package was particularly important and special because an old friend sent it.  And I couldn't help but tear a bit; that was unbelievable sweet and considerate.  I don't expect gifts from anyone at all unless it was arranged (ex. secret santa, etc.)?

It's definitely something I want to document and remember forever, not that I won't...

Thanks so much, you do not know how much it means to me.

Edit:

Inside the Jewel Mint box, was a pair of earrings :D

She knows my taste in jewelry it seems<3
